ORDER PROCESSING

At Ponytail Club, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING TIME

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

DELAYS & ISSUES

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or high order volumes.

Ponytail Club is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped, but we will always support you in tracking and resolving any issues.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Ponytail Club is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will review the issue and assist you with a resolution.
